Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (the "Company")
Share Incentive Plan
The Company announces that on 13 October 2021, it issued 406,386
ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 each to Solium Trustee (UK) Limited at
a price of GBP0.0001 per share. The shares were issued in
satisfaction of free share awards made to eligible participants
under the Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc Share Incentive Plan
(the "SIP"), including those Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility of the Company (each a "PDMR") outlined below. The
shares rank equally with existing issued ordinary shares.
Eligible employees have been granted 633 free shares each,
representing approximately GBP3,600 which is the maximum amount
permitted under the relevant legislation. The free shares were
awarded on 13 October 2021 and are subject to a 3-year forfeiture
period.
Details of the free shares allotted to PDMRs under the SIP are
set out below:
