Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 7 January 2022 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 750 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1427.138 pence per Ordinary Share, on 6 January 2022.

Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in RKW is 106,749 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 4.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
