Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 10 January 2022 that Mr Kenneth Lever and Mr Graham Bird, both directors of the Company and both PDMRs of the Company, sold 2,275 and 9,081 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company respectively, at a price of 1551 pence per Ordinary Share, on 5 January 2022.

Following the purchase, Mr Lever's resultant holding in the Company is 3,555 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.14% of RKW's issued share capital. Mr Bird's resultant holding is 17,462 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.69% of RKW's issued share capital.
