Rockwood Strategic Plc (the "Company"), announces that as at 19 August 2022 the unaudited post tax net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was 1,671.4 pence.

The above NAV calculation is based on 2,541,046 ordinary shares in issue with a nominal value of 50 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
