The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 13 September 2022, all the resolutions put to Shareholders were passed by the requisite majority. Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 6 and 9 were passed as special resolutions.
