Shell's Deputy Chair Euleen Goh Won't Stand for Re-Election

Shell PLC said Wednesday that deputy chair and senior
independent director Euleen Goh has decided not to pursue
re-election as director of the company at the annual general
meeting.
The company said Ms. Goh has served as a director for nine
years.
The annual general meeting is scheduled for May 23.
