Interim dividend - Payment of dividend in Sterling

On 9 August 2022, TI Fluid Systems plc announced that its Board had declared an interim dividend of 1.00 Euro cents per ordinary share based on the Group's financial position and prospects.

The dividend will be paid in Sterling on 16 September 2022 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on the record date of 19 August 2022.

The dividend amount of 1.00 Euro cents was converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on 19 August 2022. Accordingly, the Sterling dividend payable on 16 September 2022 will be 0.85 pence per ordinary share.
