the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology
companies, announces that Alexander Morgulchik, the Company's Head
of Business Development, has today acquired
56,500 ordinary shares of no par
value each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of US$2.75 per Ordinary Share (the
"Share
Purchase").
Following the Share Purchase, Mr
Morgulchik is beneficially interested in, in aggregate, 3,383,202
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.76 per cent. of the
Company's currently issued share capital.
