Manchester, UK - 13 January 2023: Yourgene (AIM: YGEN), a
leading international molecular diagnostics group, announces that
it was notified on 12 January 2023 that Bill Chang, Chief
Entrepreneur of the Company, purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of
0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 January 2023 at
an average price of 0.344p per share.
Following the purchase, Bill Chang is interested in
289,000,142(1) Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.10 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
(1) 280,000,142 Ordinary Shares are held by Changsform
Innovations Pte Ltd, Bill Chang is a company director and
beneficial owner of Changsform Innovations Pte Ltd.
Furthermore, the Company was notified on 13 January 2023 that
Barry Hextall, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased
2,500,000 Ordinary Shares on 13 January 2023 at an average price of
0.3678p per share.
Following the purchase, Barry Hextall is interested in 6,500,000
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.20 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
