(NYSE: PRE) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the period September 1 - November 30, 2005 of $0.421875 per share on the Company's 6.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. In addition, the Board declared a dividend for the period September 1 - November 30, 2005 of $0.40625 on the Company's 6.5% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. The dividends will be payable on December 1, 2005, to shareholders of record on November 21, 2005.
