STOCKHOLM--Swedish truck maker Volvo AB said Friday that Chief Financial Officer and executive board member Tina Hultkvist has resigned with immediate effect.

Ms. Hultkvist has worked at Volvo for 25 years and has served as CFO since March 2022. She will remain available to the company during 2023, it said.

Jan Ytterberg, Volvo's former CFO and a current senior adviser to the company, has been appointed acting CFO.

The process of recruiting a successor has begun, the company said.
