IPGL Ltd. (IPP.AU), a private holding company which invests in financial services businesses, said Tuesday its wholly-owned subsidiary INCAP Finance B.V. has sold 6 million ordinary shares in U.K.-based inter-dealer money broker ICAP PLC (IAP.LN) at 512 pence per share.
