Memorandum of Understanding
EastSiberian Plc ("EastSiberian" or the "Corporation") is
pleased to announce the extension of the Memorandum of
Understanding dated August 26, 2016
from December 15, 2016 to
February 15, 2017. This can be
extended further if required and agreed to by the parties.
Financial Results for the six months ended November 30, 2016
EastSiberian Plc, has completed its unaudited financial results
for the period ended November 30,
2016. EastSiberian and has filed the Interim Consolidated
Financial Statements for the period ended November 30, 2016 and the Management's Discussion
and Analysis ("MD&A") on www.sedar.com where it can be
viewed.
