between GA Telesis ("GAT") and Tokyo Century
Corporation ("TC") closed a financing for a Crestone Air Partners
("Crestone")-Atalaya Capital Management ("Atalaya") investment
vehicle to acquire two on-lease Airbus A320-200 aircraft that will
be managed by Crestone.
