it will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders and First Quarter
2014 conference call on Thursday, May 8, 2014. 


The Corporation will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders at 11
am MT (1 pm ET) at the Metropolitan Conference Centre in Calgary. Following the
formal portion of the meeting, Richard Ott, Interim President and Chief
Executive Officer, will review the performance of the Corporation in 2013 and
the first quarter of 2014. 


Prior to the meeting, management will host its First Quarter 2014 conference
call and webcast at 7 am MT (9 am ET) to discuss its financial and operating
results. A news release announcing the Corporation's results will be issued the
evening prior to the call. The call will be hosted by Mr. Ott and Richard
McLellan, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Following
management's presentation, there will be a question and answer session for
