Seems pretty clear I said .004 baseline exactly when it occured and we drove back up to .006 pps like predicted. Sorry if I was off by a few ticks. NEXT UP- the larger buy volume days I expect to come next enabling the drive back into pennies bud.

Frankly - im not entirely sure what you are driving at as we appear invested in a few stocks together and you clearly don’t know me. If you knew anything about my history for the past decade - you should be quite satisfied that I’m here with you. With $RONN- 5 fundamentals set up now for next 3-4 weeks.

Hard to deny the strong recovery here and respectfully - I predicted it based on chart techs and the company MOU moving to the next step.

THE FOLLOWING 5 major fundamentals can now be expected here …

1- the MOU turning to a definitive agreement and being fully funded. This would be a massive boost and major news. A MOU is one thing. To close it as definitive and fund it is another.

2- the Audits should be ready within 2-3 weeks - another massive boost for this stock shareholders

3- the S-1 should be submitted by end of July - for goal to uplist to higher exchange by end of 2024. This would be incredible obviously.

4- partnership with Tobique. Tobique is indeed engaged with RONN Motor Group. This partnership is currently under review by our committee for final approval. 5- the latest fundamental was a term sheet - potential JV. This week - a meeting held on the JV and distribution agreements with the CEO of the hydrogen automotive/trucking division of the global powerhouse "Rana Group”. The initial term sheet has been delivered.

It is my strong opinion - and has been for weeks- that we will see a major move here back over .01+ pps and headed to multi Pennies on these continued validations and verifications.
