IF they ever put out news, they could easily overcome the dilution rate, but I am not holding my breath on that.

I have first hand experience that the subcontractors aren't getting paid from Third Bench (David Fair) either. Stand in line...

David Fair is real. I had to submit a complaint to the Department of Workforce solutions against him and OGB (Third Bench) for a mere $2500 they owe me (still) for subcontracted work. I worked with him as a full time employee years ago but quit because OGB (Third Bench) was not paying their sub contractors. Many at the company thought the investors were making bank? Seems like niether investor, employee, or subs are so who then, who is making money?
