Status
CVC Income & Growth Limited (the
"Company") has applied for and been approved as a "reporting fund"
for the purpose of the United Kingdom's Offshore Fund (Tax)
Regulations 2009 ("the Regulations"), which came into effect on 1
December 2009.
The Company's Sterling Ordinary
Shares and Euro Ordinary Shares are reporting funds under the
Regulations.
Under the Regulations the Company is
required to make available a 'report to participants' for relevant
UK investors for each period in which it has reporting fund status.
The annual report to participants for the period ending 31 December
2023 is available on the Company's website (see link
below).
