the AIM quoted UK, Ireland and West Africa focused oil and gas
exploration, development, and production company, announces that
William Holland, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 540,939
ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
a price of 1.07 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Holland
is beneficially interested in a total of 3,367,844 Ordinary Shares,
