Result of
AGM
Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leader in
developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the
international self-care market, announces that at the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 10.00am today, all
resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed by
shareholders. As announced earlier today, Resolution 10 was
withdrawn prior to the commencement of the AGM.
