Russia's leading domestic carrier S7 Airlines will join the Oneworld alliance from Nov. 15.

The carrier brings to the alliance a network covering 90 destinations and 28 countries, including 45 points in Russia and some 25 destinations in other parts of the Commonwealth of Independent States, such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

Its addition will extend Oneworld's global coverage to a total of more than 750 destinations in almost 150 countries.

Oneworld is led by AMR Corp.'s (AMR) American Airlines, British Airways PLC (BA.LN) and its Spanish merger partner Iberia Lineas Aereas de Espana SA (IBLA.MC).
