Resources joined the Siegfried Executive Team and other members of
Siegfried Leadership in Las Vegas
for an extraordinary program centered on building mastery in the
area of Confidence. Professional Resources with at least 30 months
of client service at the Firm attended a four-day event at the
beautiful Four Seasons Hotel in Las
Vegas, Nevada for a combination of leadership sessions and
time to enjoy the venue. The balance of Siegfried's 450+ employees
joined the 5th MY Journey™ Live Event via broadcast from
multiple local venues nationwide.

Rob Siegfried, CEO &
President, introduced Saturday's program outlining the Firm's
higher purpose and recognized that the day marked the Firm's
27th anniversary. His foundational message was
"Leadership" (individually and as a team), which invariably
generates freedom, growth and success in life. "Siegfried
Professionals are true difference makers, who are confident and
committed to building their bigger futures and creating value, for

Anthuan Maybank, Olympic Gold Medalist and business and
wellness consultant, was Saturday's keynote speaker and gave a
thoughtful presentation surrounding the ingredients for "Commitment
without Limitations." Mr. Maybank shared his life story and how
exceptional commitment and courage led to the achievement of his
goals. He challenged everyone to: (1) identify those goals at a
personal level worthy of attainment; (2) bring commitment without
limitations to achieve those goals; and (3) overcome any barriers
(real or perceived) in pursuit of those goals.
Firm-wide, Siegfried's employees were given the opportunity to
check progress on their Bigger Future and how to stay "Connected to
the World," the latter topic led by Siegfried's Cindy Gee, CPA, Senior Vice President and
CFO.
Sunday culminated the Mastery Summit for those in Las Vegas with a workshop led by guest speaker
Adrienne Duffy, Strategic Coach®,
founder of Big Futures Inc., and published author. She presented a
workshop entitled "Living into Your Bigger Future: Strategies for
Creating the Life You Want."
Early feedback reinforces that Siegfried Professionals benefited
from the third Mastery Summit and thoroughly enjoyed all the
