Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ABN)(PINKSHEETS:ABNAF)(FRANKFURT:E2L) (the
"Company") is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated
February 21, 2014, the share consolidation is now effective as of today, March
3, 2014. At the Company's Annual and Special General Meeting held on February
20, 2014, shareholders approved a special resolution consolidating the Company's
share capital on the basis of one (1) new share for each ten (10) old shares.
The issued capital of the Company was 132,359,846 pre-consolidation and is
currently 13,235,984 less fractions where applicable, after the consolidation.


This transaction received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange on February 28,
2014. There is no name change in conjunction with the share consolidation.


Management of the Company believes that a consolidation of its share capital
will better position the Company to raise the funds it requires to finance its
ongoing business activities including the acquisition of mineral properties and
exploration and development of its properties.


The new ISIN issuance number is: CA00289T2074

The new CUSIP number is: 00289T207
