The last penny stock I was in I made 6 times my investment. Not great but better than a loss.

Once OTC releases the filing, the stock will double on future acquisition speculation.

Maybe she's on a new career path? Eventually this will all expire if left alone and will go to the depths of the dark markets until someone else resurrects it in 5 years.

I sent an email to Hariton requesting a reason for Pink Limited Information.

If a quarterly Form 10-Q is not filed 45 days after the quarter-end, a company can delay filing going to the expert market up to 135 days after that date. So they have a while to get everything in place if there is a company moving into the shell.

No quarterly needed if they are going to the Expert Market...because why bother with financials if you are going dark?

When are you guys going to learn this is a slowly dying/dead stock?

lol this post makes zero sense. You’re essentially saying Etek is colluding with MMs to take the stock down as Etek would need to tell the TA to update the float. Knowing the float is a great thing for everyone. Not just MM. if you’re not paying attention to the floats in the OTC not sure what to tell ya. Having this updated is strange. No retail is selling here. Not even in EM.

I was referring to the OS/AS updates.

My bad, I never really noticed the float before - thought it was always the same, honestly. However, being updated could be a bad thing. They might be updating or providing it for a move down - just as likely as anything else. Not sure why anyone, but MMs would be interested in the float so hopefully no one tries to spin it as something else. Insiders do not need or are even interested in publicly traded shares, either.

This was all likely just a routine update that went into effect recently. The float is on the annual report, anyway.

ETEK never had a float update before this. It always said “not available”. You can go back on the internet archive for that page and see for yourself. Someone at the company asked for the float to be updated. That’s how it works. You can also get a list of accounts for the TA they use and look at each ticker. Every ticker for this TA has a different date they update.

I don’t know why they haven’t filed yet. Could be sending it to EM for a reason. And yes people work on holidays 🤣 but that point is MOOT since this happened on 5/17/24. Not today.

Some TA's update weekly or on regular intervals. Besides, why update the float count or profile, but STILL be delinquent on filings? Riddle me that.
On top of all that, it occurred over a holiday, so that suggests there is some automation involved. Likely no one is working today.

Updating the float does not happen randomly from the TA. The company requests that the TA update the Float.

Only bulls can find the silver lining in the most basic of tasks.

Even a filing at this point isn't much, because they still just can't get it done on time - which isn't a good look.
Perhaps an incoming company wouldn't care much because Milan is not their employee, but still...

-Speaking of NUGN - looks like a huge scam and THAT is who Emergent picked. Diluted 800% and have mostly lied to investors.

I hope they turn it around, I really do but their track record is garbage and they can't get this one done so far. Keep hoping for unicorns and rainbows.
