Results of Annual General
Meeting - all resolutions passed
India Capital Growth Fund Limited
(the "Company") announces the results of the Annual General
Meeting, the details of which were set out in the circular to
Shareholders published by the Company on 24 May 2024 (the
"Circular").
Each of the
resolutions proposed in the Circular were duly passed on a
poll.
Although resolution 8 was passed,
the Board notes that 29.77% of votes were received against this
resolution.
The Board will seek to engage with
shareholders to discuss any views they may have and will take into
account any feedback around their concerns.
The Board thanks its shareholders
for their continued support.
