received from the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, of the Peruvian
National Authority of Water ("ANA"), the Resolucion Administrativa No.
073-2014-ANA-ALA (dated April 9, 2014), from the Local Water Administration
office ("ALA") permitting use of superficial water for diamond drilling and
domestic purposes on the Company's Pinaya copper-gold porphyry project in Peru,
over a fourteen month period.
