Time Inc. Receives 24 SPD Annual Awards Nominations

—Seven Brands Recognized Across Print and
Digital Categories—
Time Inc. (NYSE:TIME) today received an impressive 24
nominations for the Society of Publication Designers’ (SPD) 50th
Annual Design Competition. Seven of our brands—Time,
Entertainment Weekly, Fortune, InStyle, Real Simple, Sunset and
Cooking Light—have been recognized for their achievements in
design, photography and illustration. The nominations span across
print and digital categories, including Brand of the Year, Women’s
Interest and Apps of the Year. The Gold Medal and Silver Medal
winners will be presented at the SPD 50th Annual Awards Gala on
Friday, May 1, 2015 at Cipriani, 25 Broadway in New York City.
"The SPD Awards celebrate the highest standards in design,
photography and illustration and these nominations are a testament
to the quality, hard work and creative talent of our print and
