NEW YORK, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of Columbus Acquisition Corp.
under the ticker symbol BUS.U. The company issued 12.5M units
(excluding over-allotment) at $8.00 unit for gross proceeds of
$100M. Each unit consists on one share of common stock and one
warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading.
Lazard Capital Markets is the lead underwriter for this initial
public offering. Located in New York City, Columbus Acquisition
Corp. is a newly formed company incorporated to serve as a vehicle
for the acquisition of an operating business. The company intends
