NEW YORK, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today lists the units of Ideation Acquisition Corp. under
the ticker symbol IDI.U. The company issued 10,000,000 units
(excluding over-allotment) at $8.00 unit for gross proceeds of
$80,000 000. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and
one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security
trading. Lazard Capital Markets is the lead underwriter with
EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. as co-manager for this initial public
