The SPDR� S&P 500 ETF (SPDR Trust, Series I, AMEX:SPY - News), Technology Select Sector SPDR� Fund (AMEX:XLK - News); Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR� Fund (AMEX:XLY - News), SPDR� DJ Global Titans ETF (AMEX:DGT - News), SPDR� DJ Wilshire Total Market ETF (AMEX:TMW - News), SPDR� DJ Wilshire Large Cap Growth ETF (AMEX:ELG - News), and Morgan Stanley Technology ETF (AMEX:MTK - News), announced today that each Fund received payments from the America Online / Time Warner Securities Litigation Settlement as authorized claimants. The settlement stemmed from a lawsuit alleging violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 between 1999-2002. The amounts each Fund received from the settlement are listed below. When each Fund calculates its net asset value (�NAV�) per share on Wednesday, August 1, 2007, it is estimated that each Funds� NAV will be impacted by the receipt of the corresponding payment in the amount stated below based on the shares outstanding as of July 31, 2007.
