(NASDAQ:ADSTNASDAQ:ADSTW) today signed a letter of intent to enter into an international marketing agreement with Northman Matrix International Oy (NMI). As a result of the pending agreement, AdStar will market to its newspaper customers the NMI Active Media Service solution, which enables advertisers to use multiple media channels, including cell phones, Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), personal digital assistants (PDAs) and the Internet, to reach interactive, mobile consumers. The agreement will also allow NMI to market AdStar's suite of e-commerce and ad-transaction services to advertisers and publishers in Europe.
