Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) announced today that
Jonathan Hargis will join the
company on April 9, 2012 as Executive
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. In his new position,
Mr. Hargis will oversee Charter's sales and marketing
activities.

Mr. Hargis joins Charter from Cablevision, where he most
recently served as Executive Vice President of Marketing. Mr.
Hargis joined Cablevision in 2000 and played a key role in
developing the company's marketing approach and competitive
positioning.

Prior to Mr. Hargis' years at Cablevision, he held a number of
leadership roles at AT&T. He has long served on the board of
the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM)
and has chaired the CTAM board. Mr. Hargis received a BA from
Otterbein College and MBA from
Wright State University.
