Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) today announced personnel
changes in its Government Affairs organization.
Alex Hoehn-Saric, previously
Senior Vice President, Federal Affairs, will be taking on the newly
created position of Senior Vice President, Policy and External
Affairs. In his new role, Hoehn-Saric will lead a team focused on
Charter's public policy positions and building relationships
outside of the Company to further its policy goals.
Elizabeth Biley Andrion has
joined the company as Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs.
She will be responsible for advancing Charter's interests before
federal regulatory agencies.
Both Hoehn-Saric and Andrion will report to Catherine Bohigian, Executive Vice President,
Government Affairs. "I am thrilled that Alex will be leading
this important part of our government affairs work and that
Elizabeth will be joining our team," said Bohigian. "With an
impressive track record at the Federal Communications Commission
and a wealth of knowledge regarding our industry, Elizabeth will be

Andrion joins Charter after 10
years at the Federal Communications
Commission where she served in a variety
of leadership positions, including as Chief
of the Office of Strategic Planning, which advises the
Chairman, Commissioners, and all other divisions on
developing strategic plans and policy objectives.
Andrion has also served as Chief Counsel and a top
advisor to both Democratic and Republican Chairmen on strategic and
legal issues, helping to set the Chairman's agenda and to oversee
the Media Bureau, the Enforcement Bureau, the Consumer and
Governmental Affairs Bureau and all relationships with relevant
external
stakeholders. Amongst her other duties, Andrion served
as the deputy of the Commission's AT&T/DIRECTV merger
review and as a member of the steering committee, managing all
staff and advising on strategic and legal issues.
Prior to joining the FCC, Andrion served as Vice
President of Legal Affairs for Fox Television
Stations, Director of Business
Development at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting),
and founded Zone Communications, a media company for
venture capital firm, Zone Ventures (a Draper Fisher Jurvetson
affiliate). She also founded and served as Co-Chair
of Media Law Resource Center, the California chapter of
media lawyers.
Alongside her other work, Andrion is an
advisor at LifePosts, Inc., a social media platform for chronicling
major life events, and has been an adjunct professor of
Media Industries at Georgetown's Master's in Communications,
Culture and Technology Program and at UCLA's Communications Department.
Andrion holds a B.A in Economics and
Rhetoric, a J.D from the University of
California, Berkeley, and an M.A in
Journalism from the University of
Southern California.
