The ClickSoftware Scheduling and Mobility solutions will be used
by customer service and engineering teams to manage site visits and
network upgrades using automated scheduling. ClickSoftware's

engineer based on skills, availability, current workload and
location is assigned to each job - this is then presented to
engineers through their mobile device.
For managers, the ClickSoftware solution will enable the
monitoring of performance, reporting and deep analysis on fault
types, trends, and resolution rates. Critically, the company will
be able to monitor the costs of service calls and through analysis,
make adjustments.
