City Telecom (HK) Limited (HKSE:1137) (Nasdaq:CTEL): From 4-10 June 2010, we took our top 71 executives for an AWESOME management offsite in Germany, which is inline with our decade old tradition of using offsites to develop our management teamwork.

In Nov 2009, we launched our "AWESOME SPEED. FOR EVERYONE" symmetric 100Mbps for HK$99/month (US$13).   Relative to the market norm, this program was completely out-of-the box, delivering some 25x better value per bit versus comparably priced xDSL services. Since the launch of this program, we have achieved record growth and are well on our way towards our 10-year Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) of being the largest IP service provider in Hong Kong by 2016.

This AWESOME management offsite was designed specifically to deliver out-of-the-box experiences, beyond what our Talent will normally experience in our Hong Kong daily lives. We hope that by widening our life experiences, we will be more open to implementing out-of-the-box experiences in our work environment.
