D. Medical Announces Availability of its Annual Report on Form 20-F through its Website

Tirat Carmel, Israel – April 30, 2012 – D. Medical Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ:DMED; TASE:DMED) ("D. Medical" or the "Company") announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its annual report on Form 20-F, containing audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2011.
