Novomex Chooses Epicor(R) to Optimize Customer Service

Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), a leading provider of

divisions of Global 1000 companies, announced today that Novomex, a
company with 18 years experience in the Mexican market specializing
in the production and sales of window blinds and curtains from the
Classic and American Blinds product lines, has selected the Epicor
9 next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to
integrate business processes and optimize customer service.
Based in Monterrey, Novomex operated its business with a
homegrown software solution. However, as the business grew and the
company planned for the future, it became evident that they needed
a technologically advanced enterprise solution that would adapt to
the new business plan.
"We serve over a thousand customers and order management is key
to our manufacturing process," said Juan Bendeck, CEO at Novomex.
