Globalink Investment Inc. (Nasdaq: GLLI, GLLIW, GLLIR, GLLIU) (“Globalink”), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that the previously announced agreement and plan of merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with Tomorrow Crypto Group Inc., a Nevada corporation, was terminated on March 8, 2023. As a result, Globalink will seek an alternative business combination.
