Power 100 List Names Burks for Third Consecutive Year DALLAS, Oct.

officer, Alan Burks, has again been named in DNR magazine's (Daily
News Record Men's Wear News and Trends) annual Power 100 List,
released Monday, October 27, 2003. The DNR Power 100 List features
the men's fashion industry's most influential movers-and-shakers of
the past year. Burks makes the list for the third consecutive year
by ranking 39 out of 100. Burks is in good company with other men's
wear movers and shakers such as Ralph Lauren (#1), Giorgio Armani
(#2), Tommy Hilfiger (#7), Kenneth Cole (#19), Donatella Versace
(#51) and The Nordstroms (#67). Burks was recognized as the spark
behind creative advertising and licensing deals for Haggar. DNR
highlighted the new Kenneth Cole pants license as the company's
biggest deal of the year with the addition of the Kenneth Cole New
York(R) and Reaction Kenneth Cole(R) labels. Burks is also credited
for many other behind the scenes successes covering everything that
includes merchandising, marketing and selling of Haggar(R) branded
clothing as well as Claiborne(R), Kenneth Cole New York(R) and

October 2000, Liz Claiborne Inc. and Haggar Clothing Co. entered a
license agreement for Haggar to manufacture and market dress pants,

collection began shipping in the fall of 2000 to key retailers

the Claiborne(R) brand. Kenneth Cole Productions announced in
December 2002 that it was entering into a licensing agreement with

classification pants and Reaction Kenneth Cole(R) classification
pants in the United States. The fall 2003 line is currently offered
