iVillage and MSN Renew Content Publication Agreement

NEW YORK, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iVillage Inc.
(NASDAQ:IVIL), The Internet For Women(TM), a leading women's media
company, the number one source for women's content and community
online, today announced the renewal of a content publication
agreement with the MSN(R) network, the world's most popular online
destination. Under the agreement, MSN will continue to present
select iVillage content on its lifestyle channel, MSN Lifestyle,
located at http://lifestyle.msn.com/. Douglas W. McCormick,

Details on the two companies' initial content publication agreement
