Jacada Selects Jim Bacon to Lead Americas Sales

Jacada Ltd. (Nasdaq: JCDA), a leading provider of unified
desktop and process optimization solutions for customer service
operations, today announced that it has named Jim Bacon as Senior
Vice President of Sales - Americas, effective June 29, 2009.
Mr. Bacon has more than 20 years of commercial leadership
experience and an impressive track record of success in growing new
and existing businesses for solution providers. He is also a
telecommunications industry veteran and brings a wealth of key
industry-specific knowledge and relationships to Jacada.
Most recently Mr. Bacon served as CMO and Vice President of
Sales for IntelliOne, where he led the company�s sales strategy and
sold solutions to industry-leading wireless and wireline carriers.
Prior to that, he led nationwide infrastructure and service sales
for Ericsson and spent several years with BellSouth, in various
leadership, marketing, sales and operational roles.
