On Track Innovations Ltd. (the " Company ") reports that in the annual general meeting of shareholders held on November 9, 2012 the re-appointment of Somekh Chaikin (member of KPMG International) as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012 was approved and it was further resolved to authorize the Company's Board of Directors to delegate the authority to determine said independent registered public accounting firm's remuneration to the Audit Committee.  In addition, the election of the three external director nominees was not approved at the general meeting.
