On June 1, 2020, Nate Walkingshaw, Chief Experience Officer of Pluralsight, Inc. (the "Company") notified the Company of his intention to resign as Chief Experience Officer of the Company, and each of his other positions at the Company's affiliates and subsidiaries, effective July 13, 2020.
