Summit Bancshares Declares Cash Dividend FORT WORTH, Texas, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Summit Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBIT), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.14 per share of common stock. Annualized, this represents a dividend payout of $.56 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 16, 2004 to shareholders of record on August 2, 2004.
