Agreement EMC Opts for Superior's NetLinc(TM) and Consulting
Services SOUTHFIELD, Mich., and RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif., June 30

(NASDAQ:SUPC) and Eisenhower Medical Center today announced that
they have entered into a new contractual relationship. Under the
new agreement, effective July 1, Superior will continue to supply
Eisenhower with NetLinc(TM), Superior's innovative, 24/7 help desk
and network monitoring solution, in addition to consulting
services. NetLinc is a proactive, integrated, cost-effective remote
help desk and monitoring solution that emphasizes communication,
technology and accountability. Delivering immediate user support
from Superior's Network Control Center, NetLinc employs highly
skilled resources, stabilizes network costs, and draws upon one of
the most advanced technical reference libraries available. Superior
and Eisenhower Medical Center have also entered into a Master
Services Agreement for management and information technology
consulting services, which will provide the medical center with the
strategic and technical expertise to help Eisenhower with projects
and initiatives pursuant to their IT strategic plans. Under this
agreement, Superior professionals will be the preferred supplier of
IT consulting services and are currently performing support and
assistance activities related to the McKesson STAR, HOM, EC2000,
PFM, and PMM applications at Eisenhower. "Superior has been a good
