technology, today announced that Chief Executive Officer, President
and Chairman of the Board, Maurice B. Tosé, has been elected to the
Board of Directors of CTIA-The Wireless Association®. CTIA is an
international nonprofit membership organization that has
represented the wireless communications industry since 1984. Mr.
Tosé will serve one year as the "Other Supplier" representative
beginning on January 1, 2011.

Mr. Tosé founded TCS in 1987, and under his leadership the
company's commercial business now supports location and messaging
technologies that are used in 14 countries by 57 network operators,

coordinates of a wireless device. Popular TCS apps include premium

Prior to founding TCS in 1987, Mr. Tosé was the Director of
Department of Defense Programs for Techmatics, Inc. Mr. Tosé
graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of
Science degree in operations analysis after which he served on
active duty in the United States Navy for eight years, three and a
half of which were as an instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy. He
retired from the Navy Reserve as a commander after 30 years of
combined active and reserve service, and remains involved with his
alma mater including service on the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation
board of directors. He also serves as a member of the Federal
Communications Commission's (FCC) Communications Security,
Reliability, and Interoperability Council (CSRIC) and is a member
of the Maryland Governor's International Advisory Council.
