283,200 square feet (26,310 square meters) of its China development portfolio.
Recent leasing activity within AMB's China development portfolio includes:
- 186,200 square feet (17,300 square meters) of its AMB Guangzhou
Development Zone Logistics Center, bringing the facility to 96%
leased. The state-of-the-art multi-story warehouse development is
situated in the Economic & Technology Development Zone of
Guangzhou City.
- 66,400 square feet (6,170 square meters) of its AMB Jiaxing
Distribution Center, which is convenient to the transportation
network serving the Jiaxing area and influencing Yangtze
Delta.
- 30,600 square feet (2,840 square meters) of its AMB Dalian
Distribution Center, which is located in a gateway for trade to
northeast China and Liaoning
Province.
