Explanation of Responses:
(1) These shares are beneficially owned by Pangaea Ventures, L.P. ("Pangaea").
(2) Ortelius Advisors, L.P. (the "Adviser") is the investment manager of Pangaea. Peter DeSorcy is the sole member of the general partner of the Adviser, and Mr. DeSorcy has a controlling interest in the Adviser. The Adviser and Mr. DeSorcy disclaim beneficial ownership of any of the shares of common stock owned by Pangaea, except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.
(3) Represents the number of shares of Common Stock that the Reporting Persons purchased pursuant to the Issuer's rights offering.

Remarks:
Following the transactions reported herein, for the purposes of Section 16, the Reporting Persons ceased to beneficially own 10% or more of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Issuer.
