Corp. (NYSE: DDR) declared its second quarter 2014 common stock
dividend of $0.155 per share, which
represents an increase of 15% from the second quarter of 2013. The
common stock dividend is payable on July 8,
2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
June 12, 2014.

to offer an annualized dividend of $0.62 per share, representing an attractive yield
of 3.6% on the most recent closing price and a
payout ratio that balances returning capital to
