Verizon in Talks to Sell Bonds Backed By Customer Payments -Bloomberg

Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) is working on a plan to issue
bonds backed by cellphone customer payments, Bloomberg News
reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
Verizon has had talks with rating firms and potential investors,
Bloomberg reported.
The bond sale could take place as early as June or July, the
report said.
